• Multiple Owner Company (FZC): in this structure, multiple shareholders are allowed which lends itself to multi-visa packages. As it is a limited liability company, the liability of the investors is limited to their share capital in the company.
• Branch of a Foreign Company (BFC): this structure is for people who don’t want to conduct business in the UAE but only have a presence on the market. You have the possibility to run your business from anywhere in the world and have your representative office in the UAE
• Branch of a Local Company (BLC): this structure is for companies already established in the UAE. For example you have a company in the mainland or free zone in the UAE and you wish to open a branch in AMCFZ.
