Who qualifies

Property from AED 2,000,000
Own a UAE property worth at least AED 2 million. Since the 2023 update there is no minimum down payment, and off-plan or mortgaged property can qualify, which makes this the most popular Golden Visa route.
SME revenue from AED 1,000,000
Own a UAE start-up registered as an SME with annual revenue above AED 1 million, or have founded a project sold for more than AED 7 million, or hold approval from an accredited business incubator.
Government endorsement
Outstanding individuals in culture, art, sport and digital technology, granted on a recommendation or approval from a federal or local government entity, regardless of investment.
Emirates Scientists Council
Scientists and researchers with high achievement and influence, endorsed by the Emirates Scientists Council and holding advanced degrees in priority fields.
Salary from AED 30,000 / month
Highly skilled employees with a UAE contract, classified in the first or second occupational level, holding at least a bachelor's degree and earning AED 30,000 a month or more.
Top schools & universities
High-achieving students and graduates from leading UAE institutions or the world's top 100 universities, recognised for academic excellence.
Recognised contribution
Distinguished members of charitable organisations, recipients of humanitarian awards and recognised volunteers in the humanitarian sector.
How to apply
We manage the nomination and approvals through the official Golden services channel, so you are not navigating government portals. One advisor carries you through all five steps.
Day 1
We confirm which Golden Visa category fits you, against the latest thresholds, and tell you honestly if a standard residency is the smarter route.
Day 1 to 4
We assemble and attest the file: title deed, trade license, endorsements, certificates and proof of funds, depending on your route.
Day 4 to 10
We submit the nomination through the official Golden services channel and manage the approvals on your behalf, start to finish.
After approval
Once approved, we book the medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics, and accompany you on the day.
Final step
The Golden Visa is stamped and linked to your passport, then we set up your family sponsorship where it applies.
