Dependent residency visa – Family Sponsorship:
After obtaining the Investor or Employee residence visa , the applicant can sponsor his family Members and get them a residency as dependents. The requirements are as below:

For a wife / husband / child dependent of a partner or an employee:

Meydan Free Zone license renewal cost
A Meydan Free Zone license is renewed every year. For each package, the annual renewal fee is the same as the first-year registration fee:
Zero-visa package: AED 12,520 per year
1-visa package: AED 14,370 per year
2-visa package: AED 16,220 per year
3-visa package: AED 18,070 per year
4-visa package: AED 19,920 per year
The establishment card is renewed separately, at AED 2,200. Residence visas follow their own validity period and are renewed independently of the license.
How to renew a Meydan Free Zone license
Start the renewal before the expiry date, through the Meydan Free Zone portal.
Settle any outstanding fees, fines or penalties on the current license. The renewal cannot be completed while a balance remains open.
Confirm that the business address (registration address or flexi-desk) is renewed together with the license.
Pay the renewal fee. The renewed license is then issued through the portal.
A license that is not renewed on time is subject to late-renewal penalties, can delay visa services for the company and may lead the bank to restrict the company account. Meydan Free Zone shows the applicable penalty at the time of renewal: rely on the portal rather than on figures published elsewhere.

Meydan Free Zone salary certificate
A salary certificate states an employee's position and salary. For an employee of a Meydan Free Zone company, the salary certificate used for immigration purposes is issued by Meydan Free Zone.
Its main use is family sponsorship. An employee who wishes to sponsor a spouse or children must submit it with the dependent visa application. Investors and partners do not use a salary certificate: they provide their latest three months of bank statements instead.
The minimum salary to sponsor dependants is currently AED 4,000 per month, or AED 3,000 per month when the employer provides accommodation. These thresholds are set by the UAE immigration authorities and must be supported by official proof of income.
Request the certificate from Meydan Free Zone before you apply. Once submitted, a dependent visa application usually takes 10 to 15 business days.
Moving an existing Free Zone company to Meydan Free Zone
A company licensed in another UAE Free Zone can move to Meydan Free Zone without being closed or liquidated. The move is a re-domiciliation: the same legal entity continues under a Meydan Free Zone license.
Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current Free Zone.
Complete the exit requirements of your current Free Zone, which usually include cancelling the visas and the establishment card, and obtain its Exit Certificate.
Apply to Meydan Free Zone with the current trade license, the shareholder documents and the owners' passport copies.
Meydan Free Zone reviews the ownership, share capital and activities, then issues the license.
The company's structure cannot change during the move: ownership, share capital and activities must be amended before or after the transfer. Residence visas and the establishment card are reissued under Meydan Free Zone, and the VAT registration must be re-registered with the Federal Tax Authority.
There is no fixed timeline. The duration depends mainly on how quickly your current Free Zone completes its exit procedure. Not every Free Zone publishes an exit route, so confirm in writing with your current Free Zone that the transfer is permitted before you start.
