If your turnover in the 12-month period or the next 30 days exceeds AED 375,000, you must register for VAT. If you do not have a customer in the UAE or the GCC, you can apply for an exception when registering your company for VAT.
  2. Corporate Income Tax: According to the Ministry of Finance, corporate tax rates are set at 0% for taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% for taxable income exceeding AED 375,000.
