    FZCO REGISTRATION REGISTRATION IN DWTC

    An FZCO registration allows multiple Shareholders to form a company within the DWTC free zone.The Shareholders can be two to ten individuals (people), non-individuals (company or companies) or a combination of both.

    FZE REGISTRATION: FREE ZONE ESTABLISHMENT COMPANY REGISTRATION IN DWTC

    An FZE registration allows a single Shareholder to form a company within the DWTC free zone. The Shareholder can either be one individual (person), or one non-individual (company).

    To start the company registration, please submit the following documents and information via our secured platform:

    After receiving the initial approval, please submit the following:

    Residence Visa Application Process: Requirement and charges:

    1. Online Application to be submitted, Our business advisor will assist during the process ( Application fee is AED 3,200)
    2. Clear passport copy in colour
    3. Clear photo in colour (passport size on white background)
    4. Attested Educational Certificate required for managerial position. This is not applicable for General Manager whose name is mentioned in the Trade license.
    5. Entry Permit. (5-7 working days within UAE and 4-5 working days outside UAE)
    6. Change status (Applicable if the applicant is inside country UAE only)
    7. Medical Application and health check
    8. Emirates ID application Biometric to be done.

    For the visa approval, you need to submit the following documents:

    • Medical Report.
    • Copy of Emirates ID registration (stamped by Immigration).
    • Valid Health Insurance copy.
